VP of Operations- Position will oversee manufacturing operations of company with multiple facilities and product lines. Will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in accordance with qulaity standards.

Position reports to company President. Direct reports to include: Director of Kansas Operations, Director of Missouri Operations and Director of Purchasing. Will develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Foster cross- facility cooperation and collaboration to meet all production demands creating a culture to win as a team. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all manufacturing processes. Manage and monitor production scheduled and ensure that the production targets are met on time and within budget Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Compensation based on qualifications and background. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field. Min. 7-10 years exp. in operations management in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to travel between locations in Kansas and Missouri with overnight stays as needed. Typically 1 night per week.
