We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Trades Teacher to join our dynamic team. Job Description: As a Construction Trades Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aspiring professionals in the construction industry. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons that cover a wide range of topics related to construction trades for the 2024-2025 school year.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement curriculum plans in alignment with state standards and educational best practices. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and encourages hands-on learning experiences. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their academic and career goals. Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to enhance the educational experience and stay updated on industry trends and advancements. Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments.

Foster a culture of safety awareness and compliance with relevant regulations and protocols. Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience working in the construction industry, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field Strong knowledge of construction trades and techniques, including carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment.
