Seeking motivated engineer with 1 to 5 years of experience for project management and/or cost engineer position for established mechanical contracting company.

1) Oversee mechanical air conditioning projects from blueprint to completed project.

2) Write meaningful RFIs and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

3) Procurement and ordering of materials including writing of purchase orders.

4) Prepare budgets, schedules and subcontracts.

5) Build skills to manage design - build, design - assist and plan and spec projects.

6) Communication with design consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, General constrictors and Owners.

7) Communication with Field superintendent/Service manager and other engineers in office.

8) Well organized, good computer skills and good writing skills.
