Works with insurance adjusters, TPA's, and building owners to estimate and garner work Collecting all pertinent documents including property plans, technical drawings, and project specifications Studying documentation, meeting with clients, and inspecting the construction site to fully understand what work is required Coordinating teams and materials for each project Negotiating with service providers to secure quotes and bids Outlining the work plan, and schedule that will be needed to complete each development Meeting with clients to discuss their thoughts and concerns about our offers.
